Warehousing includes the physical facilities and operational capabilities to process orders. Supporting companies to diagnose improvements to their warehousing operations, and address opportunities in a number of areas such as technologies, workforce, facility operations, and third-party logistics.
This will also include go-live support, warehouse relocation planning and management, as well as annual stock take planning and execution.
Reverse Logistics
Reverse Logistics comprises many aspects of after-sales support to include customer returns, field service and maintenance, asset repair/refurbishment, asset tracking, service parts fulfillment, recycling, and disposal.
The movement of goods from the consumer back to the seller, the booking of the returns transaction, and the disposition of the returned goods from sellers to manufacturing are also elements of Reverse Logistics.
